Once the ideas and designs are finalised, it takes our diamond cutters and goldsmiths approximately 5-10 business days to manufacture and perfect your custom piece. Once it’s ready, we provide free express shipping and if you’re in Australia, it can be at your doorstep within a week of completion!

We can customise jewellery by almost every factor imaginable. This can range from diamond colour, clarity, cut and carat, to item material and sizing.

We offer a range of materials that can be used for your jewellery for no extra cost. This includes 18k yellow gold, 14k white gold, as well as rose gold and platinum.

Yes! We have a vast network of earth-made diamond suppliers in and out of Australia. Our existing range of jewellery is made with lab-grown diamonds but we can customise anything and everything to suit your preferences.

Absolutely! We sell both lab-grown and natural diamonds upon request. As they are not currently listed as a product on our site, please submit the enquiry form with your desired diamond specifications.

Yes! We have access to over 800,000 lab-grown diamonds and networks of skilled diamond cutters across the globe. This means we can order almost anything in any shape, so if you’re after something and we can’t find it, it’s likely it doesn’t exist.
